Weimer Pursell finances his studies at the Chicago Institute of the Arts through his work as a product designer andposter boy. Next, he's leading a brilliant career as a freelance illustrator for the most prestigious American magazines: Life, Forbes...Redbook, Town & Country or Newsweek.

His talents as a poster designer are particularly noticed thanks to his collaborations with Winchester Rifles, Coca-Cola more importantly American Airlines. It is also known for his propaganda posters for the American government during the Second World War, as well as that of the 1933 Chicago World's Fair.
