Original poster of the railway company Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée, promoting the departmental railway network of the Bouches du Rhône and the destinations of Saint Rémy, Arles, Martigues, les Baux de Provence and Montmajour; designed by Géo Dorival in 1910.

Géo Dorival is a French poster designer, draftsman, graphic designer and painter. Starting in the 1910s, he produced numerous posters for railway companies, tourist offices, shipping companies and the spa industry.

This original poster designed for the Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée company, known as PLM, shows the Benedictine abbey of Saint-Pierre de Montmajour. Located north-east of the historic centre of Arles in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, its blend of Romanesque, Gothic and classical architecture makes it one of the treasures of Provence.
