Palme d'or of the Cannes Film Festival 1967, Blow-Up is a British-Italian-American film directed by Michelangelo Antonioni in 1966 and inspired by the new Las babas del diablo (The Sons of the Virgin) of Julio Cortázar. On screen: David Hemmings, Vanessa Redgrave, Sarah Miles, Jane Birkin, Verushka...

In a London park, Thomas, a young photographer, a tyrannical and unsatisfied dandy, surprises what he believes to be a couple of lovers. He discovers on film that he has actually witnessed a murder. A film with plots in a drawer, Blow Up deals with the relationship between man and reality, suggestion and perception.

We find the bewitching climate of the 60s and the particular aesthetics of the film on the very graphic French poster designed by Georges Kerfyser. The centre of the image is occupied by the famous (and controversial) cult fashion shooting scene that stands out against a pink background, while the typography of the film's name serves as a frame for other key images of the plot.
