Original advertising poster Bally drawn by Bernard Villemot in 1989.

This original poster was designed by Bernard Villemot in 1989 for the Swiss shoe brand Bally.

Among the many collaborations between Bally and the famous French poster designer, this campaign has the particularity of being mixed. Unlike many of the other posters for the shoemaker, which are usually aimed at women only, this one focuses on both sexes. On a red and black background, a woman in profile raises one leg back: the shadow of her heel shoe represents the leg of a man wearing a man's shoe.

Villemot's style, his work on the line and the elegance and delicacy of his feminine silhouettes are clearly recognizable.
